At Midlands Wellbeing Foundation, our aim is to connect with communities in Birmingham and the wider Midlands area, addressing health and wellbeing through connecting with nature, getting active and volunteering opportunities. We strive to give communities new, accessible opportunities to better connect with each other and themselves, have fun and learn new skills.

Founded in 2012, Midlands Wellbeing Foundation is a Charity registered with The Charity Commission, based in Birmingham, Midlands, UK. Our core work allows us to improve engagement with the natural environment, develop skills amongst service users, work to improve health and wellbeing and provide recreation activities. We create opportunities with the support of various grant making organisations including The National Lottery Community Fund.
